Muhammad Haque: the unconstitutionality of the Crossrail Bill

The Organiser, Khoodeelaar! The Brick Lane and Whitechapel London E1 Area campaign against the Crossrail ‘hole plot, scheme, and project’ Bill

This analysis of the constitutional absurdities and unacceptabilities of the Crossrail Bill was written at 1120 Hrs London Thursday 17 August 2006

I have devised the analytical phrase ‘crassly conceived Crossrail’. Thus CRASSrail!

I have done this as I have found no evidence in the contents of the Crossrail Bill of any recognition by the promoters [the drafters of the Bill, the Secretary of State, the CLRL, the mayor of London, TfL et al] of the community in any part of London at all.
That there is no recognition of the rights of the community across Tower Hamlets is even more blatantly exhibited in the fact that the CrossRail Bill does not have a single relevant [in the context of this legal analysis] insertion of the following words or the concepts denoted by those words:

‘community’
equality
discrimination
health [except two insertions that do not relate to the contextual references that I am stating and representing here]
Rights – not once does that word or concept occur except in the tokenistic and misleading and untrue assertion that is attributed to the Secretary of State when he [that ‘he’ was Alistair Darling, not Douglas Alexander] was formally introducing the Crassrail Bill in the House of Commons on 22 February 2005. The other occurrences of either the word or the concept of ‘rights’ are nothing to do with the rights or the human rights of people or of communities.

The CrossRail Bill is also crass because of its emptiness about economics. This is very odd. And very significant. Especially in the context of the claim that ‘CrossRail will bring benefits, will regenerate the East End fact the pluggers of Crossrail in the East End of London have only now stopped reciting their degenerating lie because of the pressure form Khoodeelaar! to them to produce evidence before they utter the absurd lie.

Until recently, those Crossrail pluggers would claim that the Crassrail plot against the East End would bring benefits generally and that it would bring ‘economic’ benefits IN PARTICULAR. A great deal of play was made of that lying claim by every single tout and plugger for Crossrail in the years leading upto the actual introduction [22 February 2005] of the Crossrail Bill in the House of Commons

There is no occurrence of any of the following terms or concepts in the Crassrail Bill:
economy
economic
economics

Just so that there is no doubt about the totality of the lie in the claims of the degenerates, there is not single occurrence in the Crassrail Bill of the word or the concept of ‘
regeneration

There is of course no word or concept of any of the following either
society
social
inclusive
